Return & Refund Policy

At Watch Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused.
  • Original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide Order ID and product images.
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing.

5. Replacement Policy

If a product is defective or incorrect, a replacement may be offered subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
