Return & Refund Policy
At Watch Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The item is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused.
- Original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special-order products
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at contact.watchbazaar@gmail.com
- Provide Order ID and product images.
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing.
5. Replacement Policy
If a product is defective or incorrect, a replacement may be offered subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
